Dear customer, as a precaution for your safety and health, products cannot be returned or exchanged for health reasons, except for products that arrive with a manufacturing defect or a fault such as breakage or others. You can contact customer service to reach a solution and exchange it directly. We guarantee all our products for two years from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. The product is replaced immediately during the warranty period. Cancellation and refund policy: cancellation is allowed before one hour of order confirmation. In case of cancellation: 2.80% will be deducted from the paid amount via Tabi or Visa. 1.16% will be deducted from the paid amount via Mada.
